Parents' Evening appointments are now booked exclusively through our secure online system, available via the school website.

When the booking system opens, you will receive an email with a direct link to book your appointment(s). A short guide on how to use the system is included with the letter sent home.

Using the online system, you can:

• Select your preferred appointment time with your child’s teacher(s)
• Receive instant email confirmation
• Access the system from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet browser — no downloads or installations required

Please note:

• You may receive one email per parent. If you are attending together, please only book one appointment per child to help ensure availability for all families.
• To ensure the system works smoothly, please make sure we have your most up-to-date email address on file. If you think your contact details may have changed, please contact the school office as soon as possible.
