The Thrive Approach - support for parents
Welcome to our Thrive Approach page for parents and carers of Highfields Primary School.
As a Thrive Approach school we are guided by the The Thrive Approach ethos; using the language and strategies recommended in all our interactions with our pupils. Validating a child's feelings whilst supporting them in the recognised routines of the classroom and structure of the school helps them to feel safe and and grow in confidence. We help our pupils to understand their emotions and find safe ways to regulate themselves, which enables them to develop healthy and positive relationships.
